TESTING AUTOMATION

Imagine how much your company could accomplish in a 20 hour workday. By combining testing automation with overseas testing services, new application builds can be tested while the domestic team sleeps. Automation speeds the testing process to produce actionable result
results for your team when they arrive the following day. This global AGILE development approach can reduce development project timelines by 50% and get your product to market sooner.
Even if you prefer to keep testing in-house, LCG can help your company automate.
Our Testing Center of Excellence can write scripts at 40% of the cost of developing them domestically.Once developed, LCG will train your staff how to execute and maintain them.
PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKING
Ever had a mission critical application crashing repeatedly in production? Customers get upset! Benchmarking gets skipped because it’s needed so rarely and is so expensive to do. Not anymore. LCG has the talent, hardware and software standing by to independently certify that your application can handle the load - without a large upfront investment. Deliver software with confidence, and close the sale with independently certified scalability and throughput.
| “In theory test automation was supposed to be a silver bullet to increase testing productivity and improve quality; outsourcing was supposed to leverage automation to radically reduce costs. In reality, we were struggling to accomplish either until will hired LCG.“ |

Why Record And Playback
Scripting Doesn’t Work
Automation testing software vendors love to promote the benefits of record and playback features, conveniently overlooking the fact that scripts constantly break with new builds, because scripts contain hard coded values, if the application itself changes, the script must be changed. Script maintenance consumes any time that was ‘saved’ by automation.
LCG uses a Keyword Driven automation methodology. This splits scripts into utility and verification components. Utility scripts are built once from manual cases. Verification scripts represent a smaller portion, and only change when results change. This speeds automation transition, and reduces ongoing script maintenance.
